Accessing Your Online JCR Learning Portal
You will be using our online learning portal to access your courses. JCR staff manually enrolls students into the correct online course after purchase. Please allow up to 24 business hours for enrollment to be completed. Once your enrollment has been completed, you will receive another email notifying you that you may begin.
To access your course, visit www.jcrproductions.com and click on “My Video Access.”
Access Your Online Courses
Once logged in, click the button labeled "Private"
View Your Course Dashboard
This will take you to your "Dashboard"
You will see your active enrolled courses. Click on "View Online" to start the course.
Mark Lessons Complete
Make sure that as you go through your course, you select “Mark as Complete" after each video that you've completed. You will see a check next to the title when you've done this.
Quizzes
Be sure to complete all your quizzes in each lesson as directed. Click on "Start Quiz" to begin.
You can review your answers at the end of your quiz (button is located on the right hand side)
Click "Finish" to move on in your studies.
Completion
Once you have completed all lessons and passed all quizzes, you are finished with the course. You will receive a congratulations message confirming that you have successfully completed the course.
Completion & CE Reporting
Exam Preparation Students – Once you have completed your Exam Prep course, no further action is required.
Continuing Education Students – Once you have completed your CE course, JCR will be notified and will report your CE completion accordingly. You will receive a certificate of completion from us once your hours have been reported.
Please allow up to 24 business hours for reporting to be submitted.
